Shipping policy

All orders (except Dahlia Tubers) are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During the busy summer growing months (May-September), we ship out orders once a week. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DAHLIA TUBER ORDERS: 

Dahlia tubers are shipped in the Spring once the danger of frost is past in OUR zone (4b).

We do not plan on beginning to ship out until mid-late April. Some orders may not ship until mid-May as we are completely at the mercy of the weather. Our last frost date can be as late as May 14th, but we do make efforts to start shipping before that once weather allows. 

We ship dahlia tubers BY DATE ORDERED. If you place multiple tuber orders, we will ship by the date of your 1st order.

For example: you place an order during our Fall Tuber Pre-Sale on November 4, 2022 and another on March 20, 2023. Your orders will be in our first shipments to go out when we start shipping tubers in the Spring. 

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. In the Spring, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your tubers are shipped.

We carefully package & ship thousands of tubers in less than 2 weeks every Spring. Please be patient waiting for your order~ the more emails and calls about order delivery the longer it takes for us to send you the order!

On Farm Pick Up is available for local orders. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. Since local pickup represents a very small number of our orders, please checkout with the shipping method, but then email us to let us know you would like to pickup on farm. We can then credit you the shipping charges.

All orders ship USPS and typically take 2-3 days in transit for most areas of the US.

We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
