Shipping policy

All orders (except Dahlia Tubers) are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During the busy summer growing months (May 1st-July 1st), we ship out orders once a week. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DAHLIA TUBER ORDERS: 

Dahlia orders placed after August 1st will ship the following Spring season with the next regular shipped orders. All shipping concludes July 1st.  

Dahlia tubers are shipped in the Spring once the danger of frost is past in OUR zone (5A).

We generally begin to ship soonest orders in late March to early April. Some orders may not ship until mid-May as we are completely at the mercy of the weather in our area AND the state we are shipping to.

We ship dahlia tubers by date ordered AND by state safe for shipping. If you place multiple tuber orders, we will ship according to the date of your 1st order.

For example: you place an order during our Fall Tuber Pre-Sale in September and another in March, your orders will be in our first shipments to go out when we start shipping tubers in the Spring. 

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. In the Spring, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your tubers are shipped.

We carefully package & ship thousands of tubers over the course of a few weeks every Spring. Please be patient waiting for your order~ the more emails and calls about order delivery the longer it takes for us to send you the order!

On Farm Pick Up is available for local orders. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. Pickup orders are usually ready around mid April and can be picked up at the farm's gift shop. 35 Lewis Drive, Williamstown, NY 13493. ** At the end of shipping regular tuber orders, we offer a Spring Tuber Sale! Subscribe to our email list to be first to know when! 

All orders ship USPS and typically take 2-3 days in transit for most areas of the US.

We offer $12.00 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the United States. Free shipping on first orders of the season over $200. Subsequent orders using same account/credentials and shipping address will be combined when multiple orders are placed between August 1st through March 20th.  Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
