Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Tubers:
Petals in Bloom guarantees that our tubers will grow and are true to name. If your tubers fail to sprout within weeks of planting, please notify us immediately so we can help address any issues. Replacement tubers will be sent out as inventory allows until July 1st. If replacement tubers of the same variety are not available, at our discretion we will provide you with a similar variety/color as inventory allows, or give you a credit towards a future tuber purchase. A guarantee and refund is limited to the purchase price of tubers only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Petals in Bloom farm cannot be held responsible for rotting due to weather, pest conditions, poor care, etc. and is not liable for any damage, or loss resulting from crop failure or weather.
Petals in Bloom is also not responsible for improper storage of your tubers should any damage happen to them if you choose to not plant them right away.
Corms:
Due to their fragile nature, we do not offer replacements or refunds on ranunculus corms.
Events/Gift Cards/CSA:
Purchasing tickets to any Petals in Bloom events, gift cards, or a flower CSA is non-refundable.

Due to their custom nature, our tools and supplies are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please notify us and we will replace them.
Apparel
Clothing items that have never been washed or worn may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
